Meta's Social Impact Partnerships team is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to drive a scalable approach to partner, and innovate with the social sector to better understand Web3 and how this new space can amplify their impact in the world. This role will aim to better serve and engage nonprofit partners across Creator content strategy, our suite of Social Impact Products, and the metaverse. This person will manage a book of business of social sector partners innovating within the Web3 space. They will play a critical role in the internal coordination and advancement of Meta's work for nonprofits across product, policy, partnerships, and marketing, helping optimize results to drive business goals for Meta, our partners, and their communities.

Strategic Partner Manager, Social Impact Partnerships Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage a set of nonprofit partners, primarily focused on innovation across Web3 and creator content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across policy, programs, product, partnerships, and marketing to create, offer, and influence new opportunities for the social sector that align with Meta company priorities, meaningful content creation and building for the metaverse.
  • Be an expert in Web3 initiatives and our Social Impact Products, advising and collaborating with the social sector at large and in consultation with a nonprofit managed partner set.
  • Advise on partner enablement materials in partnership with marketing and PMM to both educate and empower nonprofits to participate and innovate in this space.
  • Develop strategic planning sessions to increase partner value and impact for nonprofit partners across Meta technologies.
  • Monitor and communicate partner satisfaction in receiving new products, support services, and new opportunities across Meta.
  • Gather and present partner feedback to inform product roadmap development and initiatives. Problem-solve efficiently to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve partner issues.
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders within the partner organization.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience creatively solving nonprofit challenges, using data and business expertise to enable greater success.
  • Proven confidence in ambiguity and change.
  • 6+ years professional experience in consulting, partnerships, business development, or product marketing.
  • Demonstrates skills in project management, time management, and relationship building.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers.
  • Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace environment.
  • Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the partner performance.
  • Effective communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Facebook or Instagram's social impact products.
  • Social impact experience either working at a nonprofit organization or directly with nonprofits in a corporate or agency capacity.
  • Understanding of the next digital frontier (Web3, VR/AR, metaverse, etc.) and how the social sector can participate in this new space.
  • Consultative mindset, creative thinker, exceptional execution skills.
