What You Will Be Doing In this position you will be responsible for the overall project success. You will coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and mange the project schedule. You will manage the subcontractors and all other members of the jobsite. You are responsible for the project being completed on time and under budget.
What You Need for this Position At least:
- 15 years of superintendent experience
- Experience with 2 builds of more than $20 million
- 10 years of multi-family experience

- Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a big plus!
- Must have a relatively clean driving record
