Supervisor Customer Claims

Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for resolving customer product claims for Beef, Pork and Case Ready product.

• Investigates, mitigates and documents product claims;
• create the proper credits and rebills to resolve the product issues with Tyson Fresh Meats customers;
• work closely and communicate regularly with Traffic, QA, Production, Sales, Scheduling and Material Handling.
• Responsible for project work when designated by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: BS or BA in agriculture or business is preferred.
• Experience: 5 plus years Product Claims, product quality or Customer Service preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy is a must.
• Computer Skills: Experience with the Product Claims, DB2, TSO, QMF and the SAP system is preferred.
• Supervisory: This is a supervisor position
• Travel: 1 plus trips per year
