Position Title:- Maintenance Supervisor

Location : Waterloo, IA 50701 ( Onsite )

Contract : 12+ months

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)

• Experience using SAP plant maintenance for scheduling work and purchasing repair components

• 5 or more years of experience maintaining industrial equipment

• Experience trouble-shooting complex hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical systems

• Plans and prioritizes work effectively, adapting for changing conditions

• Good understanding of in the 1910 OSHA CFR

• Competent using Microsoft Office

• Excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment

What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)

• Experience troubleshooting machines using RS Logix

• Good Understanding of 480V Power Distribution

• 5 or more years of experience working in foundry maintenance

• 5 or more years of experience in maintenance supervision

• Demonstrated team leadership skills

• Experience initiating and managing changes to drive improvements

• Experience with wage/union employee policies, practices, procedures and work rules

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, other equivalent technical discipline (or 5+ years in a maintenance role within a foundry environment)
