Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Royersford area.

Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Royersford, PA area

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 plus bonus

Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Lead the supply chain team, setting goals, fostering development, and managing performance.

• Develop and execute the site's master schedule.

• Champion site master data integrity.

• Drive the adoption of company target operating model for supply chain processes and systems.

• Continuously improve supply chain activities across all functional areas.

• Facilitate the site's SIOP process.

• Participate in weekly customer management activities, such as management calls and project reviews.

• Create and maintain a site capacity model to optimize manufacturing asset utilization.

• Implement proactive inventory management strategies to enhance on-time delivery performance and service levels.

• Understand the needs of multiple customers and communicate product supply strategies that align with both customer and company objectives.

• Oversee tactical procurement, supplier engagement, and Supply Chain Risk Management for the site.

• Minimize material shortages by utilizing systems and tools, executing action messages, updating master data, and maintaining proactive communication with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 10+ years in supply chain management within manufacturing

• Strong production planning background

• Medical device, aerospace, automotive parts, or metals manufacturing experience preferred

• 3+ years leading team of at least 5 employees
