RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Support Analyst to join their Distribution team at their corporate office in Irving, TX.Summary:This role ensures the accurate updating and running reports and health-checks on the data for the distribution team. The Support Analyst develops, implements, and manages analytical processes to provide fact-based recommendations for merchandising and/or replenishment manager decisions.Examples of responsibilities include:
  • Facilitate and validate the accurate supplier, item, and cost setup for all new items by item, by supplier, and by distribution center
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on the handling and processing of all established item cost, rebate, bracket pricing, or other financial cost changes and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure correct processing of inbound costs through the pricing engines (or manual systems as necessary) to ensure that proper markup that establish cost-to-store are accurate and timely
  • Perform health checks on items and warehouses to ensure cost and item accuracy and correct any deviations
  • In collaboration with other departments establish regular reporting regarding cost management, invoicing, bracket pricing, and other elements of supplier funding or billing
  • Research any invoice payment issues and work with cross-functional partners to resolve
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support replenishment managers, merchandising, demand planners and related partners


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Supply Chain and/or Demand Planning
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Must be able to transform data into business intelligence
  • Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Experience with Power BI, Oracle ERP, SQL, etc. is a plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
