Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst in Celebration, FL / Hybrid.

Role Description

We are looking for a "hands-on" analyst who enjoys creating and field-testing real-world solutions. While we can't do without folks who excel in a specific area, we also appreciate those whose skill sets encompass a wide variety of practical matters. We seek forward-thinking team members who are passionate about delivering a quality product and enjoy working closely with business partners on both strategic and tactical challenges. Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently as a self-starter, utilize good time management skills, and function well within a diverse team.
• Integrate into the infrastructure team
• Develop and maintain relationships with ship technology officers and shoreside technology team members
• Work with critical shipboard officers to keep them apprised of the project status
• Use existing electronic and paper documentation and integrate with the new online platform
• Communicate regularly and update stakeholders on progress of project

Skills & Requirements

• A strong passion for learning and a desire to help others
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and balance multiple priorities with minimal direction
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies. We look less for knowledge of a specific technology than we do someone who can learn new things quickly
• Fundamental networking knowledge (Layer 1) desired
• Comfortable working on large complex projects
• Have extremely strong organization and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask
• Able to work independently with minimal oversite
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management
• Solid fundamental understanding of using spreadsheets (excel and Smartsheet) to extract data and generate reports
• Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required. A current student in a related field, such as Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Applied Computer Technology, etc. would also be considered.
• Knowledge of the Disney brand is always a plus.
