Baer is looking for Tableau Full Stack Developer for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.

Title: Tableau Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
• Create data visualizations and interactive reports using Tableau Desktop.
• Implement best practices for Tableau development and ensure optimal performance.
• Data Integration:
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources, databases, and data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into Tableau.
• Work on back-end development tasks, including server-side scripting, database design, and optimization.
• Collaborate with database administrators to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement front-end solutions for user interfaces and visualizations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure a responsive and user-friendly design for Tableau dashboards.
• Perform data modeling and analysis to support Tableau development.
• Optimize data structures for improved Tableau performance.

Required Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases, data warehouses, and data lakehouse, enabling efficient data manipulation and extraction.
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau, including experience in designing dashboards, creating visualizations, and optimizing performance.
• Demonstrated expertise in data transformation and ETL processes, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git source control practices, ensuring versioning and collaboration in a team environment.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python, facilitating customization and integration with Tableau solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf software, enabling seamless integration and interoperability with Tableau.

Preferred Experience:

• SAP ECC, HANA, or S/4
• IBM Cloud Pak for Data
• IBM Cognos Analytics
