Zurich North America is hiring a Talent Attraction and Insights Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team! This individual will be a direct report to the VP, Talent Acquisition. There is a preference for this position to be located in ZNA's Schaumburg-based headquarters, however talent in other Zurich office locations will be considered. This is a hybrid role.

As the talent attraction brand and diversity sourcing specialist for Zurich North America, you'll be a member of the talent acquisition leadership team and will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders locally and globally to further bring to life and embed our EVP and employee promise across all of Zurich's talent attraction and job seeker touch points for our US hiring efforts,
  • Driving and designing the delivery of innovative talent sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals inclusive of timelines, goals and metrics/measurements,
  • Partnering across talent acquisition, as well as with HR and business and shared service units, on the management of sourcing channels and proactive talent networking practices to build diverse candidate pipelines and solutions to support integrated or Business Unit specific solutions as appropriate,
  • Take a holistic approach to identifying improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives and identify the resources,
  • Ensure specific metrics and measures are incorporated into solutions to reflect the business strategy, track progress, capture impact/ROI and identify further opportunities for improvement/enhancement,
  • Developing and communicating an informed view of the effectiveness of ZNA's sourcing channels, as well as insights to support talent strategies informed through Labor Market analytics and supply/demand tools, and
  • Strategic diverse talent partnerships, managing job marketing and job promotion partners and contracts, and external screening and sourcing services partners for talent acquisition.

This individual is a team player and collaborator who will actively contribute to the evolution of ZNA's talent acquisition strategy. In partnership with HR and senior management, this individual will liase with talent acquisition leadership and HRBPs to comprehend workforce plans and hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies informed by labor market and source effectiveness data to meet strategic recruitment goals. They will provide strategic guidance and brand support to leadership and recruiting professionals through a wide range of marketing activities that strengthen the relationship between recruiters and target candidates. They will analyze the jobseeker pipeline, diverse slates and diverse interview panel metrics to identify and action improvement opportunities and effectiveness across all sourcing and pipeline activity.

Excellent relationship management, project management, communication skills, innovative and strategic thinking, data literacy and marketing or brand experience will be critical to success in this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience in the claims, consulting, risk engineering or underwriting area
    OR
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an Associate degree with 5 or more years in the claims, consulting, risk engineering or underwriting area
    OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years' experience in the claims, consulting, risk engineering or underwriting area
    AND
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness or change management
  • Experience in the application of existing and/or change management methodologies and tools
  • Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance industry knowledge with subject matter expertise in at least one functional insurance disciple; such as underwriting, claims, risk engineering
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams skills
  • Ability to influence
  • Experience working and collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Previous experience working with a marketing/creative agency
  • Previous experience working for a federal contractor and knowledge of OFCCP requirements as it relates to talent attraction and hiring
  • Experience working with analytics and/or using data for decisions
  • Experience working with labor market or labor economics data and data sources (ex: EMSI, LinkedIn Talent Insights)

The salary range for this role is $94,400 - $118,000. This is the range Zurich NA in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
