About the Opportunity
The Talent Coordinator is an operations guru who helps increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition and operations functions. Because of you, candidates and hiring managers enjoy a seamless hiring experience, our team operations feel tight and productive, and our Reston office provides a great place for employees to work. You will report into the Senior Director, Global Strategy and Talent, and work 5 days/week in the Reston, VA office.
In this role, you will:
Schedule interviews and ensure strong candidate experience (45%)
- Support 5 recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure interviews are tracked in both Outlook and Workday; ensure post-interview notes are submitted
- Communicate clearly and concisely before and after the interviews, lofting questions you can't answer to the recruiter
- Assist with other talent acquisition work as needed (I.e. publishing updates to our intranet about hiring processes, updating process documents and 1-pagers, supporting candidate communications as needed)
Team Operations (45%)
- Assist with the documentation and administration of talent operations' processes including employee support (processing tuition reimbursements, completing I-9s, supporting employee onboarding), compliance activities (background check tracking, immigration and sponsorship), and compensation and benefits
- Support knowledge management efforts for talent team, including maintaining our file organization
- Book travel and complete expense reports for talent team members
Reston Office Management (10%)
- Serves as a backup point of contact for the Reston Office Workplace Experience team, supporting general building and office administrative functions to ensure efficient operation of the facility
- Assist with setup and facilitation of large-scale events and meetings
About You:

THIS IS A FULL TIME ONSITE POSITION, CANDIDATE MUST BE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO RESTON, VA
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, with evidence of progressively taking on more challenging work
- Proven ability to tightly manage calendars, schedule meetings/interviews, and communicate with relevant parties
- Strong organization and prioritization skills and the proven ability to move forward multiple projects in concert, both independently and as a member of the team
- You have systems and routines that guide your daily operations and help you squeeze efficiency and productivity out of your time
- You work well under pressure and value and seek out feedback
- You are trustworthy, have excellent judgement, and are a skilled collaborator
- Evidence of clear, detailed, yet succinct written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Team
- You may need to travel to NYC 1-2 times a year
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
