RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is seeking six remote Talent Relations Advocates for a client in the Healthcare space. This is a fully remote, full-time role. To be considered, you must be willing to work 8:30am - 5:30pm CST.Summary:This position focuses on recruiting nurses and healthcare professionals from various countries and helping staff them at jobs in the U.S. 3-5 days of initial training is done on-site in Texas. All expenses are paid by employer.The Talent Relation Advocate is responsible for screening & evaluating all Healthcare Professional (HCP) resumes to ensure the experience and quality of the candidate matches the Employer requirements. You should have a solid background in healthcare and must be familiar with the skills, experiences, and levels of expertise needed for the role.Responsibilities:
  • Screening, evaluating, and matching skill set of employer vacancies; Prescreen all RN and MedTech applicants to determine if their skills and experience are a right fit for employer needs and qualify for sponsorship
  • Present business model, address questions and concerns
  • Confirm each HCP resume is in the standard format with professional video introduction
  • Track all activity via CRM for full transparency of HCP engagement
  • Provide weekly updates of successes and challenges to the Director of Talent Relations
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Relations and Sales to match and present your HCP recruits to viable open positions
  • Interview preparation for employer interviews, pre-close them
  • Guide HCP thru the process to fully execute employer agreements and thru the next steps so they are comfortable with credentials and immigration expectations
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with all HCP during the credentials, immigration, and deployment stages; You are insuring a smooth transition throughout and successful start of US employment


REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS preferred
  • +2 years of prior experience in the related area of healthcare, technical recruiting, account management or project management in which you can transfer many of the skills over to International Healthcare Recruitment
  • Ability to utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to place qualify candidates and communicate with teammates and supervisors effectively
  • Position requires outstanding business knowledge, outstanding communication skills as well as superior customer service skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
