RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking six remote Talent Relations Advocates for a client in the Healthcare space. This is a fully remote, full-time role. To be considered, you must be willing to work 8:30am - 5:30pm CST.Summary:This position focuses on recruiting nurses and healthcare professionals from various countries and helping staff them at jobs in the U.S. 3-5 days of initial training is done on-site in Texas. All expenses are paid by employer.The Talent Relation Advocate is responsible for screening & evaluating all Healthcare Professional (HCP) resumes to ensure the experience and quality of the candidate matches the Employer requirements. You should have a solid background in healthcare and must be familiar with the skills, experiences, and levels of expertise needed for the role.Responsibilities:REQUIREMENTS:
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
