RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Tax Staff/Senior in Randolph, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a CPA firm with a fantastic work/life balance. This role will work maximum 50 hours per week. Strong leadership, mentorship, comfortable environment for people to ask questions and grow their skillset. They offer a strong compensation package with most employees in the office full-time, but they offer hybrid options as well.Responsibilities:- Preparation of Individual, S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership and Trust tax returns
- Preparation of year-end workpapers and proposing adjusting entries
- Prepare Tax research and communication with clients and staff
- Perform Tax planning and projections
- Preparation of financial statements for compilation and review engagements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
- CPA or MSA
- 1+ years of public tax experience
- Strong communication skills
- Software: UltraTax and QuickBooks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
