Technical Support Analyst

Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM and 1 Saturday shift a month
-12 hours
-on-site in Bloomfield

Role:

• Mid-level role - looking for 1-4 years of experience running calls to resolve companywide technology issues
  -calls are specifically called "IT restoration calls"
  -candidates need to be comfortable on the phone, calm under pressure, and be able to carry and facilitate a conversation

Must Haves:

• IT restoration call experience - 1-4 years
• Familiarity with Splunk, monitoring, and the cloud environment
• Strong communication skills - most important!

Nice to Haves:

• A Bachelor's degree is NOT required but a nice to have
