Support Analyst

Required Skills:

• Prior support experience OR technical degree OR IT certifications
• Excellent customer-service skills and follow up ability
• Ability to think quickly and escalate issues
• Ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms
• Excellent communication both written & verbal
• Must be willing to work onsite

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to point of sale systems
• Experience logging calls using a ticketing system

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

• We are looking for individuals who have either been on a helpdesk, who have prior customer service or phone support experience or candidates who are looking to kick off their IT careers. This organization is rapidly growing and needs motivated people to join their team. This team will essentially be a hypercare support arm for stores that have recently converted to a new point-of-sale system. If you are looking for a new challenge and can pick up new technologies quickly, then this could be the role for you!
