Summary of Role:

Facilities Operations Technician to work in the Chemical Mixing department. Provide technical support to operate, maintain and enhance various types of distribution equipment utilized in the Manufacturing Chem Mix area. Equipment includes chemical supply systems and chemical blending units. This technician will be responsible for proper system operation, assisting with corrective maintenance tasks, and responding to and troubleshooting system alarms.

Essential Responsibilities:

Primary work activities will be related to system and equipment operations, delivery of various chemicals throughout the GF Fab, and performing drum change-outs as required. Work closely with the Department Lead and the Engineering Team.

Technicians must be able to work in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and schedule flexibility are important as weekend coverage will be required. Experience, and or education, in facilities systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, chilled water and glycol chilled water, compressed air, chemical distribution, and control systems is desirable.

Position will be a 12-hour AWS, may entail a night shift.
