Our client, an investment management company, is seeking a temporary Office Assistant/ Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing vendors, managing supply inventories, providing detail-oriented office administration to facilitate an efficient daily operation of the 130-person office, ordering, receiving, and distributing inventory for two kitchens and two copy rooms, answering, screening and directing phone calls on a multi-line phone, and is the primary back up to President's Executive Assistant for phone coverage and additional back up for other administrative team members as needed. The ideal candidate for this role is positive, detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and has exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role pays $25 an hour and is onsite from 7:45AM-5:00PM five days a week. Qualified candidates should apply for immediate consideration.
