Job Responsibilities
Answering phone calls, assisting students with any financial aid questions in the Financial Aid Call Center. Overseeing the Financial Aid Welcome Desk when needed. 14-25 hours/per week.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED.
Customer service and/or Call Center experience.
