Taking ownership of an existing book of business, it will be your mission to retain and grow your established accounts as well as develop and close new business. Initially, you will focus the majority of your time on existing customers, building credibility, trust, and strong relationships. As those relationships develop and stabilize, you'll be pursuing new accounts, increasing our market share, and building a lucrative career. (35%) Develop relationships with property management companies and all key distribution/wholesale sales contacts through regular outgoing sales calls. (20%) Follow up with all provided and generated leads on an expedient and ongoing basis. Generate new quotes, follow up on outstanding quotes and work with distribution contacts to convert quotes to Pfister. (15%) Use Pfister sales presentations and sales tools to create virtual and in-person sales engagement with partners (distributor meetings, lunch and learns, one-on-ones, happy hours, etc.) (10%) Develop relationships with all key general and interior installation contractors through regular outgoing sales calls. (10%) Research new leads using online resources (LinkedIn, news sources, search engines, etc.) and proactively complete outgoing cold calls to management company prospects on a daily basis. (5%) Provide field level support for distribution partners (product samples, attend branch meetings, distributor ride-alongs, answer product/pricing inquiries, etc).
