What You'll Do

• Lead QA Team Onshore/Offshore
• Manage test case development
• Review requirements and provide feedback on requirements completeness and testability
• Manage test execution effectiveness and efficiency
• Mange test life cycle in Agile SDLC
• Test native mobile applications and mobile responsive web applicaitons

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing QA team preferably in an onshore/offshore modal.
• Experience in requirement review to provide feedback on requirement completeness and testability.
  
• Experience in managing the test case development process to ensure proper test coverage
• Experience in managing an effective and efficient test execution process including defect triage and management
  
• Experience in managing testing lifecycle in Agile SDLC preferred
  
• Experience in managing testing lifecycle in VSTS preferred
  
• Experience in testing native mobile applications, mobile responsive web applications and web applications preferred
  
• Ability to quickly ramp up and become an application SME
  
• Very good analysis and comprehension skills
  
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
