Our Triangle based client has been building their reputation from the inside out with interior renovations and ground up retail work across the Southeast for the past 50 years. Not only do they work alongside well developed relationships but also gain new clients who have been referred to them by the quality of the projects completed.

Your new role
Due to the continued focus on quality of workmanship and with a number of new projects due to start over the next few months, they are looking for a superintendent with 2-3+ years' experience in retail interior build-outs and/or retail ground up work to join an exciting team and deliver the projects in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed
As you progress in this role you will be working closely with the project managers, making sure that schedules and deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. You will provide support on the day to day running and organizing of site based functions, while having the safety of yourself and all others around you a very high priority.

What you'll get in return
Your success in this role will require you to have some experience as an assistant superintendent or superintendent, with 2+ year's interior construction experience and the ability to work well under pressure to achieve time sensitive deadlines. Your project values will range from $50,000 to $10 million. You will need an eye for detail, strong communication skills, familiarity on retail fit and ground up knowledge are crucial for this role.
