Your new role

Our company requires a Traveling Superintendent who can ensure that projects are completed within the allotted timeline, budget, and to the utmost satisfaction of our clients. We equip our superintendents with comprehensive support and resources, enabling them to thrive in their roles and guarantee that every project meets the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will oversee and manage the on-site workforce, including subcontractors, laborers, and skilled tradespeople.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate should have 5+ of experience working as a Superintendent, preferably in the field of interior commercial general contracting.
  
• They must have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing intricate projects within occupied spaces.
  
• The ability to coordinate and oversee multiple fast-paced projects concurrently is essential.
  
• Proficiency in interpreting commercial construction plans and specifications is a requirement.
  
• Willingness to travel upon request for 8-12 weeks within and out of state
  
• 10 hour OSHA
  
• 4 hour Supported Scaffold
