Valuation Practice Associate If you are a Finance Associate with valuations experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing We are looking for a up-and-coming valuations associate in Minneapolis to assist the leadership team with project execution in financial reporting, complex securities, lattice models, and simulations.

Job duties include (but may not be limited to):
- Analyze company and client merger and acquisition activity
- Perform due diligence review of clients
- Execute projects for clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication with leadership team
- Contribute to training and development of new employees as requested
- Suggest solutions to improve company software and systems
- Conduct business matters in an ethical fashion
- Complete work efforts in a timely manner
- Write, revise, and edit client reports
- Support growth of the firm
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- At least 3 years of experience dealing with valuations
- Experience with 409A, ASC 718, and/or ASC 350 valuations
- CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV highly desired
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks by pre-determined deadlines
- High intellectual curiosity
