JOB SUMMARY:

Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Warehouse facilities, Inventory and Shipping/Receiving functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Restructuring existing inventory/warehouse to maximize space
• Implement inventory recording, auditing procedures
• Oversee current personnel in these areas, train new personnel
• Coordinate materials to production flow
• Recording loss/damage goods, both in receiving and production
• Support in setup of warehouse and assembly areas, both within warehouse and/or production areas
• Coordinate shipping schedule with production
• Provide support as needed to other personnel/functions
• Approve outgoing goods for packaging, ensuring QC steps were taken
• Approve incoming goods to be placed into inventory
• Responsible for warehouse equipment and maintenance (forklifts, saws, tools)

• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Participate in ongoing continuous improvement ideas for products, process, and procedures.
• Assist and train other employees when necessary

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Ability to use various tools for construction and adjustments of facilities equipment.

• Minimum 3 years previous similar warehouse position
• Good written and verbal communication, basic computer knowledge
• Able to work within Warehouse environment, multitask
• Participation in company initiatives to improve processes, reduce waste and environmental impacts

• Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer terminal, expansive reading, etc.
• The worker is occasionally exposed to adverse environment conditions.
• May be required to work in confined space
• May be exposed to electricity or other power sources.
• DOT Physical required - general fitness test.
