The warehousing and Logistics Lead objective is to oversee inventory levels/accuracy, replenishment signals, parts presentation, inbounding of product and outbound delivery processes in alignment with the overall business strategy for Geith, a subsidiary of Doosan Bobcat.

Role & Responsibility

Supply Chain Management

• To ensure stock-outs are maintained below target levels, through assisted forecasting, sales analysis and scheduling.
• Review slow moving and obsolete stock to minimize their impact on overall stock turn targets.
• Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the product information in the ERP.
• Develop and implement efficient and accurate stock taking procedures.
• Planning and scheduling, to ensure efficient movement of product through 3rd party warehouses.
• Establish and maintain good communication on stock issues to sales, marketing and customer service departments.
• Management of supplier setups in ERP and collection of all required data.
• Manage outsourced Warehouse transactions and relationships.
• Oversee both the inbound and outbound logistics requirements for North America
• Report out on KPIs daily, weekly and monthly.

Job Requirement

• Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Travel Required: 10-20%
• Experience Required: 8+ years
• Experience in material supply chain and/or operations.
• Understanding of Inventory Control, Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Finance.
• Excellent communication skills.
