The Wealth Management Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the successful achievement of Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group, a First Financial company. The brand is newly established and this position will help with the customer acquisition, retention, and expansion goals through the development of digital & traditional content, campaigns, communications, industry research, and go-to market strategies.
This individual will be responsible for coordination, creation, and execution of content, lead generation efforts, client engagement, and advertising. The Manager will effectively work with business partners, cross-functional team members, and suppliers to ensure all content and marketing meets objectives for accuracy, as well as maximizes channel revenue growth, while balancing scope and quality.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the development, including writing as needed, marketing content including but not limited to whitepapers, blogs, collateral, website copy, social media posts, email and video. Coordinate with various subject matter experts to research, create and publish content which effectively embodies Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group's tone, positioning & brand values.
  • Creative: Experience with guiding creative development both internal and external.
  • Strong project management skills - Must be able to self-motivate and see projects through from start to finish among multiple priorities.
  • Strategic leadership around content applications of website, email marketing, personalized content, and SEO.
  • Vendor Management: Potentially vet, partner with and manage agency and vendor partners for content supplementation as needed.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and across business lines to advocate for Wealth.
  • Supports lead management efforts with research, analysis and reporting in related market research areas, targeted segmentation and brand strategies that's aligned with company goals.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Minimum 4 years hands on experience in collateral / digital marketing content creation using multiple forms (short, long, video, etc).
  • Capable of writing and creating high quality creative and technical content for the Wealth management business line.
  • Demonstrated understanding of content strategy and implementation for a variety of platforms for both B2C and B2B (i.e. website, video, blog, social media, technical presentations, etc.) and business objectives (i.e. website traffic generation, SEO, lead nurturing and conversion, etc.)
  • Project and Campaign Management expertise and the ability to manage projects of all sizes
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships and partnerships
  • Adaptable to and comfortable with ever-changing business demands. Takes initiative to work through ambiguity and effectively problem solve.
  • Customer service focused (internal and external)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM strategy and implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business/Technology or related field
  • Basic graphic design. Experience with Creative Cloud preferred.
  • Experience with a managed industry (insurance, finance, wealth management, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Adobe Experience CMS platform a plus
